About Us

Sunny Metal Inc., founded in 1991, is a manufacturer that has been focusing on metallic porous materials for three decades. Headquartered in Canada and with factories in China, Sunny Metal posts annual sales of 12 million USD and employs approximately 120 employees with sales and services all over the world.

Since 2001, Sunny Metal has customized sintered metal felts for customers, with the peak annual volume of 1.3 million m² for EMITEC. Besides, since 2019, Sunny Metal has been focusing on industrial hot gas filters used for gas-solid separation, and has provided them in various industries. That is why we have rich experience in sintering metallic porous materials.

Entrepreneurship and innovation drive our product development for new applications. Now we are working on titanium and nickel felts for hydrogen production, and has developed new hybrid porous transport layers that can keep in-plane transporting channel and enlarge the effective conducting area with CCM, significantly improving the cell performance.
